BP Bunge ranks among the top 20 in net revenue growth
With less than three years of existence, the company is featured in the Valor 1000 award
por BP BungeOn Monday, September 5, Valor Econômico newspaper awarded the best companies in 26 sectors in the 22nd edition of the “Valor 1000”. BP Bunge Bioenergia won 8th place in the “20 biggest growth in net revenue” ranking, which includes all the segments analyzed by the publication. It was the best position among the Bioenergy groups.
Considering the overall ranking of the 1000 companies by net revenue, BP Bunge occupied the 160th position, the fifth best placed in the Bioenergy segment, behind Copersucar (13th), followed by Tereos Internacional (72nd), BSBIOS (122nd) and FS (144th) and ahead of São Martinho (175th), winner in the Bioenergy category. Other highlights of the segment: Atvos (202nd), Coruripe (310th) and Jalles Machado (544th).
Among the best in Bioenergy – In addition to the general ranking, Valor 1000 analyzes performance by sector. In the Bioenergy category (which in previous editions of the award was “Sugar and Ethanol”), BP Bunge is the 5th largest in net revenue (net sales), the 10th in Ebitda margin (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) and 6th in interest coverage.
