Our Commitments

OUR OPERATIONS ARE ETHICAL, OUR PRODUCTION IS SUSTAINABLE, AND WE PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES WHERE WE OPERATE

We respect the legislation and continuously adjust our operations to have a positive impact and contribute to a better world. We also acknowledge that we have the responsibility to develop our business while seeking to contribute to solving society’s demands.

That is why we created a strategic sustainability agenda, which is integrated into our business and has a long-term vision.

We analyzed our level of maturity by studying benchmarks in various segments and consulting about 90 people, including employees and representatives of suppliers, business partners, the financial sector, associations, the academia, among others.

This process allowed us to identify priority issues that must be the focus of our work, taking into consideration four pillars of action – Principles of Good Governance, People, our Planet and Prosperity – which are interconnected and complement each other.

Based on these issues organized into pillars of action, we established an agenda of commitments from 2020 to 2030, which we call Our 2030 Commitments, in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and expresses a strategic map of the evolution of our business to increasingly sustainable levels, in favor of future generations.
