BP Bunge Bioenergia seeks talents with Trainee and Young Engineers programs

São Paulo, August 2020 – This August, BP Bunge Bioenergia launched the first editions of its programs to attract new talent. Applications for the 2020 Trainee Program and the 2020 Young Engineers Program are open until September.

With a duration of 12 months, the 2020 Trainee Program aims to encourage recent undergraduates to develop their careers in specialized positions in the operational and corporate areas.

Recent undergraduates in Economics, Business Management, Accounting, and Production Engineering, Mechanical Production, Agronomics, Agricultural Production, Chemistry, Mechatronics, and Electrical and Mechanical Engineering can participate in the program between December 2017 and July 2020. It is desirable that candidates have knowledge of English and availability to move to any location in Brazil.

Young Engineers Program

The Young Engineers Program is dedicated to accelerating the careers of professionals who have three to five years of training and experience in the sugar-energy sector or in operations in large industries. The objective is to train employees for leader, coordinator, and operation specialist positions.

This program lasts 12 months and is aimed at professionals in the areas of Production Engineering, Mechanical Production, Agronomics, Agricultural Production, Chemistry, Mechatronics, and Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
