São Paulo, March 2021 – Applications for the BP Bunge Bioenergia 2021 Internship Program are now open. This initiative, aimed at training professionals who may work in the future as assistants or analysts at the company, is intended for undergraduates from various areas of training, who are expected to graduate from July 2022 to July 2023.

As a prerequisite for participating in the 2021 Internship Program selection process, candidates must:

“The main objective is to offer a development program for higher education students who are interested in learning about and working in the sugar-energy sector so that they can initially occupy positions as assistants or analysts in our operations in the industrial, agricultural, administrative, and corporate areas”, explains Cesar Augusto Bresciani, Human Resources Director, BP Bunge Bioenergia.

Applicants for the 124 job opportunities in the 11 agro-industrial units present in five states (Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, and Tocantins) and the company’s administrative centre in the city of São Paulo must be attending one of the following courses: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Psychology, or Agronomic, Agricultural, Mechanic, Electrical, Chemistry, Energy, Production and Food Engineering, among other related higher education courses.

“We offer all participants of the program a very robust learning path so that interns can develop in technical and behavioural terms, in addition to diving deep into BP Bunge Bioenergia’s business,” says Cesar Augusto Bresciani.

“The company is also committed to offering equal opportunities and diversity in selecting and seeking people who relate with field work; with operations in the sugar, ethanol and bioenergy sector; with our values and culture; and who also are willing to work far from large centres, as this is where our agro-industrial units are located”, concludes the HR director.

Applications are open until April 16, 2021, and interns approved in the selection process will start working this May. The Intern Development Program lasts for one year and may be extended for another year.
